The Klein Group LLC

The Klein Group LLC is one of the largest owners of Super Wal-Mart shadow centers in the United States. Our Strategy is simple: 1. Wal-Mart has never closed a Super Center location; 2. By being a "shadow" to a Super Wal-Mart we have the most consistent and highest traffic levels day in and day out regardless of the economy.

The Centers are Managed by Midwestern Management LLC, which is a division of the Klein Group. Midwestern Management's general manager is Fred Beck who has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate. We have two full time maintenance supervisors whose job is to make sure our tenants maintenance issues are addressed promptly and professionaly. Our full time accounting staff strives for accuracy and is always available to answer your questions regarding charges. Our full time construction department is headed by Andy Neuland. Andy has extensive experience in the construction of commercial buildings. He and his staff are ready to assist you in your build out needs in a thorough and professional manner as well as our on going construction of new centers.

We appreciate the relationships we have with many national tenants that choose to lease multiple sites from us. However we also welcome the single site "mom and pop" tenants. The Klein Group is continually striving to bring our tenants great value and peace of mind.
